All Wireless Source products are covered by a 1 year warranty!

Warranty Coverage Includes

Labor and parts for all mechanical issues (following approval from one of our associates)
In case item cannot be fixed, the customer will be issued a full refund or a similar item for replacement, if available.

What's not covered

Shipping Charges
Cosmetic damage or ordinary wear and tear.
Accidental damage, damages or non-functionality that results from accident, misuse, abuse, or other external causes.

Warranty is voided if

Product is jailbroken.
Serial number has been removed or altered.
Product is damaged or is not functioning as a result from accident, misuse, abuse, or other external causes.
The device is taken to a repair shop for assessment and/or repairs before contacting us for assistance.
The device has been repaired, altered, or damaged in any way after it has been delivered.
The device is shipped back to us with account locks, password locks or anything else that prevents us from accessing it.
