How do I place an order?

Simply choose your desired item, select the size or variant, and click Add to Cart. Then proceed to checkout, enter your shipping details, and complete your payment.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, yes! Please contact us as soon as possible at support@wireless-source.com, and we’ll do our best to help.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States. International shipping will be available soon!

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is completely free on all U.S. orders.

How long does shipping take?

We offer free 2-day shipping anywhere in the United States.

Orders are processed within 1 business day and shipped via trusted carriers like UPS or USPS.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and link to follow your delivery.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 24-48 hours. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes — all our devices include a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and hardware malfunctions under normal use.

How do I claim my warranty?

If you experience any issues, please contact us at support@wireless-source.com with your order number, a description of the problem, and (if possible) photos or videos.

Our team will review your claim and provide a repair, replacement, or refund based on the situation.
