After a bad fall, I needed an iWatch with fall detection and ability to call 911 in emergency, but did want to spend a ton of money b/c I mostly use my phone. I had ordered a refurbished one from someone else and what a pain in the neck! Despite the bad experience, they did accept it back. I then searched Amazon for refurbished Apple distributors with the best ratings--these guys are at 99%. I'm typically afraid of being ripped off but would buy from them again with confidence. Go for it!

The refurb iPad 10th gen was great. The case it came with didn’t fit and the chaeger doesnt charge very well.

Only putting a 5 star so that people can actually see this. I ordered an iPhone 8 plus 128GB in gold and received a red iPhone SE. So I put in a replacement, sent it back to the seller so I can do the replacement and instead of actually sending me the proper phone they just sent me a refund 2 weeks after my initial order. I will also add that the packaging was not that good. The phone was “secured” with bubble wrap in a box that was clearly bigger than it. The box also had 3 SIM card tools that were clearly just tossed into the box. You can see one of them if you look closely. Only positive thing I have to say was that the customer service was decent. I’m disappointed cause I was excited but I should’ve listened to the reviews. Take my advice and do the same.
I ordered a ipad and it came on time, but I was apose to get the Gold one. But realize that they sent black. It clearly said Gold. But it's still nice.
